We craft our rustic barn wood wall paneling out of old barn boards and other rustic planks. These antique boards, oak, knotty pine, chestnut, maple, hickory, etc. produce a beautiful unique rustic appearance.
Our rustic paneling and planks may contain nail holes, cracks, stain, worm holes, knots, knot holes, cracking and other rustic marks associated with old reclaimed and rustic boards.
Rustic wood wall paneling boards start at $7.95 per square foot, retain a natural edge, and generally are sold in random widths from 5 to 8 inches, and lengths from 4 to 14 feet. We can custom mill to almost any size, for wainscot, interior or exterior panels.
We resaw old beams and barn logs to size, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 8/4, 10/4, 12/4 and larger. We can vacuum kiln dry to stabilize the moisture content and sterilize for insects.
We reclaim and recycle old dismantled barn boards, reclaimed wood and recycled barn beams from dismantled barns and buildings. We dismantle in southwest Pennsylvania only. We ship nationwide.
