Although the program usually focuses on renovating homes, producers decided to create a series of special addressing the needs of communities hardest hit by the hurricanes of 2005. One of those places was home of the 2003 Little League National Champions, the East Boynton Beach All Stars, which was devastated by Hurricane Wilma. HooverFence.com, along with hundreds of volunteers "came to bat" to rebuild a complete state-of-the-art ballpark facility complete with a new backstop, sideline fences, home run fence, stadium lighting, turf, scoreboard, concession stand, and bleachers. In four short days, the build was completed just in time for opening day at the ballpark! The program Extreme Makeover: Home Edition: "After The Storm - Florida" aired on ABC March 30th, 2006.

HooverFence.com also generously donated all the chain link for the ballfield, including a 20' backstop, 6' high sideline fences with swing gates, 8' high chain link for dugout safety, 6' high fence near batting cages, and a 4' high outfield home run fence. To compliment the home run fence, HooverFence.com supplied the blue windscreen complete with custom logos for the league. To top off the blue windscreen, HooverFence.com supplied the yellow top rail cap for safety and to contrast in color. Last, but perhaps most importantly, HooverFence.com was happy to ship out five dozen Little League baseballs to start the season off right.
