The Ruud Achiever 90 Plus operates at a minimum of 92% AFUE to provide years of cost savings for all your heating needs. Standard installation provides 3-stage operation, providing greater efficiency when compared to standard 2-stage gas furnaces. Add in a Ruud modulating thermostat (optional) and the furnace will operate in 14-stage mode for the ultimate in precise comfort.

Known as the "furnace with a brain", this unique furnace actually contours its comfort performance to within one-degree of the set point, while automatically modulating energy consumption and heating output tailored to custom fit each home. This leading-edge product was recognized with the high honour of the ASHRAE/AHR Product Innovation Award and the 2003 Comfortech Innovation Award.

The new Ruud Ultra UGFD modulating gas furnace is available in a compact, 34-inch cabinet and is rated from 45,000 to 120,000 btuh, depending on which model is right for your home. It includes a long list of industry-best features for contractors and homeowners, including:
