We rigorously train every Customer Service Representative in every pet door made. We even are trained in the few doors we do not carry (Moore pet is very selective with the pet doors we carry and will decline to sell certain pet doors that are available). This not only includes how pet doors, dog door and cat door work, but also how they are installed, what to consider and even training ideas for your pet. No one else has the knowledge base we work with and we have been doing this successfully for over 13 years.
